Here at Mitsukai®, we sell all second hand vintage clothing, remade and reworked items, meaning that under the consumer rights act of 2015 we are not obligated to offer returns or refunds for any of the reasons stated below.
- Customer has changed their mind regarding purchase.
- The item does not fit as intended or incorrect size was purchased.
- Product no longer needed.
- Postal loss/Damage
Due to the nature of vintage/second hand clothing, products may have imperfections that are attributed to normal wear and tear. In some cases, there may be faults due to age and how the item was previously used. All listed items will clearly state if any products have minor flaws which will also be reflected in the photographs. We are therefore NOT liable for the return of products where the flaws were clearly advertised before purchase.
However, if a product is not as described, you do have the right to claim a full or partial refund for said specific item.
We have a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To start a return process, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Return/Exchange & Your #Order Number'. If your return/exchange is accepted, you will be given a returns address to post back to. Make sure your item is returned with a printed copy of your purchase with your order number visible, with original tags, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, as well as any 'freebies' you have received with your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
